Dental Medical Gases Xray Films General Supplies Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Framework rate contract for procurement and supply of dental material, biomedical equipment and related accessories, printing materials, stationery, computer stationery, general store items, medical gases and X-Ray films for routine hospital requirements. Procurement will be conducted through open competitive bidding using the Single Stage Two Envelope method via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Eligible bidders must possess valid NTN, GST, PST, Professional Tax registration, Active Taxpayer status, no blacklisting record and legal authorization to conduct business in Punjab. The bidder must quote all items within the selected lot and provide a financial quotation sheet containing product, specification, trade name, unit, unit cost, quantity, total cost and grand total, otherwise the bid will be rejected. Lot-wise cumulative price will determine the lowest evaluated bidder. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 20-07-2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted electronically and opened as scheduled. Bid securities are required according to each lot as specified in the bidding documents.
