Dental Treatment Facility For Wasa Employees Tender Notice
Description
Provision of dental treatment facility to WASA employees through a framework contract for three years under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids are invited from professionally and financially sound and reputed hospitals, medical institutes and dental clinics registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and registered with the Health Department, FBR and PRA with NTN and PNTN. The procurement comprises town-wise lots covering Allama Iqbal Town, Gulberg Town, Nishtar Town, Ravi Town, Shalamar Town, Jubilee Town, Wagha Town, Aziz Bhatti Town and Canal Bank Town, with estimated costs of Rs. 5.7 million for Allama Iqbal Town and Rs. 6.7 million for each other stated lot, with bid security of Rs. 0.134 million for each lot. Single Stage Two Envelopes bidding will be adopted. E-bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 26 October 2026 at 1130 AM and Technical Bids will be opened at 1200 PM. Digital bid security of 2% of estimated cost is required, technically responsive bidders will qualify for financial bid opening, bids must be uploaded as PDF files, conditional tenders and hard-copy, telegraphic or postal bids will not be accepted, and bids will remain valid for 120 days.
