Supply Of Medicines And Vaccines To Wasa Employees Tender Notice
Description
Supply of medicines and vaccines to in-service and retired employees of WASA Multan through registered local chemists or druggists, wholesalers or retailers operating in Multan city, on discounted rates on a monthly basis. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and electronic bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for financial bid opening. Bidders must possess a valid Drug Sale License on Form-9 for pharmacy operations, experience of supplying to a Government Hospital or Institution supported by award letters or purchase orders, and must not be blacklisted by PPRA or the procuring agency. A non-judicial stamp paper affidavit of at least Rs. 300 confirming authenticity of submitted documents is required. In case of non-availability the supplier must arrange alternate stock. The contract is valid for one year and may be extended. Bid security is 2% of the estimated cost amounting to PKR 700,000 and a successful bidder must furnish a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the total contract amount.
