Installation Of Led Flood Lights Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for installation of LED flood lights with an estimated cost of PKR 57,650,862. Eligible contractors and firms must be registered with the Income Tax Department, GST, PRA, be on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, and possess valid PEC registration in Category C-4 or above with specializations CE01, CE09, CE10, CE11, CE11(iv), EE03, EE04, EE06, ME01, ME02, ME03, ME04, EE11(vv), EE11(vi), EE11(xvii) and BC01(ii). Procurement will follow the Single Stage - Two Envelope method. Technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Technical bids will be opened first, followed by announcement of technically qualified bidders and opening of financial bids for qualified firms only. Bidders must quote item rates against each BOQ entry, complete all rate analysis and summary sheets, and incomplete financial bids will be treated as non-responsive. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost amounting to PKR 1,153,018 must be deposited online through PSID before bid opening. Electronic bids containing corrupt files, viruses, unreadable data or submitted in the wrong category will be rejected. Submission of fake information or documents will result in disqualification and blacklisting with recommendations to PPRA and PEC. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
