Installation Of Led Flood Lights Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for installation of LED flood lights with an estimated cost of PKR 57,650,862. Eligible contractors and firms registered with the Income Tax Department, GST, PRA and Active Taxpayer List having valid PEC Category C-4 or above with the specified specialization codes may participate. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security of PKR 1,153,018 equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted online through PSID before bid opening. Technical bids will be opened first followed by announcement of technically qualified bidders and opening of financial bids. Item rates must be quoted against each BOQ entry and incomplete bids shall be rejected. Fake documents will result in disqualification and blacklisting. Pro Tip: This procurement includes LED flood lights, outdoor lighting, electrical installation, floodlighting systems, electrical infrastructure, power distribution and lighting engineering works for public facilities.
