Purchase Rpc Manhole Cover Sets Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of RPC manhole cover sets manufactured with 100% recycled plastic composite material in black and grey colour with WASA monogram engraved. Eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers and suppliers registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System, FBR and PRA having Active Filer NTN and PNTN may participate. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. The estimated cost is PKR 48,740,000 and digital bid security is 3% of the estimated cost amounting to PKR 1,462,200. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System in PDF format. Technical bids will be opened on the scheduled date and only technically responsive bidders will qualify for financial bid opening. Bid validity is 120 days. Corrupt or unreadable electronic submissions shall be rejected.
