Electrical Works Security Surveillance System Bhalwal Industrial Estate Tender Notice
Description
Electrical works for installation of a security surveillance system at Bhalwal Industrial Estate. Eligible contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-6 or above with specialization code EE-02 and relevant experience may participate. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. E-bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security of PKR 198,523 equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of Bank Guarantee, CDR, Bank Draft or Pay Order issued by the Bank of Punjab. Bids will be opened on the scheduled date and incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late or non-compliant bids will be rejected. Blacklisted firms or those submitting false information shall face cancellation and punitive action.
