Bulk Procurement General Items Financial Year 2026 27 Tender Notice
Description
Bulk procurement of stationery items, uniform and protective clothes, bedding and clothing, furniture and fixtures, and journals and books for the financial year 2026-27 on free delivery to the consignee. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Interested bidders may download bidding documents from the Punjab e-Procurement System, the institute website and the PPRA website. Bids must be submitted electronically in PDF format. Technical bids will be opened on the scheduled date in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bid security equal to 2% of the total estimated cost of quoted items must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical financial instruments will be accepted. Bid validity is 180 days from the opening of bids. Technical and financial proposals must include both brand names and generic names where applicable.
