Framework contract for bulk purchase of Medicine, Surgical Disposable Items, Eye Lens and Laparoscopic Disposable Items for Financial Year 2026-27, and a separate framework contract for bulk purchase of Dialysis Items for Financial Year 2026-27. Manufacturers, sole agents and importers with established technical, financial and managerial credentials may participate. Bid security is 1% of estimated price for each procurement. Samples of quoted items will be received on 27 October 2026. Both technical and financial proposals must be uploaded on E-PADS and each page of the bidding documents must be signed and stamped. Bids close at 10:30 AM on 27 October 2026 and open at 11:00 AM the same day. Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure applies and the bid validity period is 180 days.
