Procurement of drugs medicines medical devices surgical disposable items and implants for the financial year 2026-27 through the Punjab E-Procurement System. The procurement includes bulk purchase for a four-month stock gap arrangement pending finalization of the SHC&ME tender, walk-in registration of LPOD vendors for local purchase on a day-to-day basis, and walk-in registration of LPQ vendors for limited purchase through quotation of national multinational and imported drugs medicines medical devices surgical disposable items implants and neuro-angiography. Eligible manufacturers authorized sole agents importers distributors and retail pharmacies must meet the applicable registration and drug sale licence requirements. Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure applies to the procurement, with financial instruments submitted electronically.
