Framework Contract For Medical Disposables Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract procurement of disposables including surgical dressings, medical devices, and anaesthesia & ICU items for hospitals and institutions under the administrative control of the Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Department. Eligible manufacturers, sole agents and sole importers of foreign principals engaged in trading and registered with the e-Procurement System and relevant registration and tax authorities may participate. The bidding procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope under PPR-2014. A bid security of 0.5% of the estimated cost of quoted item(s) or lots is required electronically through the e-Procurement System. Items must be quoted with manufacturer, brand name and model in the Technical and Financial Proposals, and hard copies are not required. Pre-tender conferences are scheduled for the respective procurements, followed by final bidding documents within five working days. Bid validity is 180 days from opening.
