Description

Procurement of drugs and medicines, surgical and disposable items and related pharmaceutical supplies under a framework contract for bulk local purchase during financial year 2026-27, in accordance with the formulary for health facilities and field activities performed under CEO and DHO offices. The procurement is on free delivery to consignee end basis from pharmacies registered with GST, Income Tax, PRA and Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must quote for the entire total quantity and bids for partial quantities will be rejected. Bidding documents containing specifications, terms, conditions and quantities are available electronically. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage-Two Envelopes procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System, accompanied by bid security of 2% of the total estimated price or cost of quoted items through the prescribed electronic mechanism; physical CDR or Bank Guarantee will not be accepted. Required documents must be properly page marked, arranged according to evaluation criteria and signed by the authorized person. The successful bidder must furnish a 2% performance guarantee electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Supplies are required within 14 days from the work order and a 2% per month penalty applies for late delivery. The procurement covers pharmaceutical medicines, drugs, surgical disposables, medical supplies and bulk local purchase requirements for health facilities and field activities, with emphasis on registered pharmacies, formulary-compliant products, electronic bidding, technical evaluation, financial evaluation and timely delivery.
