Provision Security Services Model Cattle Market Tender Notice
Description
Provision of security services at Model Cattle Market Gondal, Attock. E-bids are invited from eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors, general order service providers and joint ventures registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. The estimated cost is PKR 2,600,000 and bid security is PKR 52,000 equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order in favour of Punjab Cattle Market Management & Development Company Rawalpindi Division. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 21-07-2026 at 10:30 AM at the office of Punjab Cattle Market Management & Development Company Rawalpindi Division. Complete e-bids must be submitted through the Punjab EPADS portal by 25-07-2026 at 10:30 AM and technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM. Original bid security must be submitted before the e-bid submission deadline. Financial instruments including bid security and performance guarantees shall be processed through the Bank of Punjab in accordance with the applicable government instructions. In case the submission date falls on an official holiday, the next working day shall be treated as the closing date.
