Solid Waste Machinery Supply Fabrication Tender Notice
Description
Electronic bids are invited under the Single Stage Two Envelope method through EPADS for the supply and fabrication of solid waste machinery including mini tippers or dippers of 1.5 cubic meter capacity, front end loader with backhoe and hydraulic tipping trolleys of 5-ton capacity. The department will provide the chassis, tractors and related vehicles where applicable. Eligible manufacturers and fabricators must possess NTN, GST and 3S facility comprising sale, service and spare parts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS. Original bid security of 2% of the total bid price in the form of CDR in the name of TMO TMA Havelian must be submitted before the closing date. Rates shall be quoted on FOR basis with free delivery and the successful bidder shall provide operational training to staff. Technical bids will be opened on the same day while financial bids of technically responsive bidders will be opened later.
