Procurement Examination Stationery Framework Contract Tender Notice

Bids are invited through EPADS under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure for procurement of examination stationery under a framework contract for one year, extendable for another year up to a maximum of three years in accordance with KPPRA Rule 31A. Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities including FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List. Bid security of Rs. 3,000,000 in the form of Call Deposit Receipt or Demand Draft is mandatory. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-08-12 at 11:00 AM. Bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS while only the original bid security and other documents specified in the bidding documents shall be submitted physically in a sealed envelope. Tender opening will be conducted in accordance with the specified schedule. Pro Tip: This procurement includes examination stationery, educational stationery, answer sheets, printing materials, examination supplies, office stationery and framework procurement for educational institutions.
