Purchase and provision of miscellaneous items and services under an annual framework contract on per-unit rates until 30-06-2027, covering Office Stationery Rs. 3.00 million with bid security Rs. 60,000 - Printing Charges Rs. 1.00 million with bid security Rs. 20,000 - Uniform Charges Rs. 1.00 million with bid security Rs. 20,000 - Cost of Other Stores Rs. 1.00 million with bid security Rs. 20,000 - Computer Stationery Rs. 1.00 million with bid security Rs. 20,000 - Other Charges Rs. 1.00 million with bid security Rs. 20,000 - Machinery and Equipment Repair Rs. 0.90 million with bid security Rs. 18,000 - Repair of IT Equipment Rs. 0.80 million with bid security Rs. 16,000. Grand estimated amount is Rs. 9.70 million with total bid security of Rs. 194,000. E-bids shall comprise a Single Stage Two Envelope package containing technical and financial proposals inclusive of taxes and shall be submitted online through the E-Procurement System. Technical samples or brochures are mandatory where applicable and shall be evaluated. Bid security of 5% of estimated cost shall be submitted through online banking in the prescribed form. Successful bidders shall deposit performance guarantee of 10% of contract value. The framework contract shall operate on approved per-unit rates and quantities rather than the total estimated contract cost. Bid validity extends until 30-06-2027.
