Description
Framework contract for repair of hardware, LT equipment, software, machinery and equipment, furniture and fixture, and transport through seven separate lots. Lot 1 covers Repair Transport estimated at Rs. 26,881,000; Lot 2 Repair of Motorcycles Rs. 7,000,000; Lot 3 Repair Machinery and Equipment Rs. 5,000,000; Lot 4 Repair Furniture and Fixture Rs. 10,755,000; Lot 5 Repair Hardware Rs. 3,981,000; Lot 6 Repair Software Rs. 910,000; and Lot 7 Repair LT Equipment Rs. 2,805,000. E-bids must be submitted separately against each lot under Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must be registered with relevant registration and tax authorities. Each e-bid must carry 5% bid security of the relevant estimated price, deposited online through the Punjab e-Procurement System. E-bids must be submitted by 19 October 2026 at 1100 AM and opened at 1100 AM on the same day. The procurement is governed by PPRA Rules 2014 as amended.
