Hospital Consumables Laboratory Stationery Items Tender Notice
Description
Sealed tenders are invited through EPADS for the purchase of bedding and clothing items, miscellaneous contingency items, medical gas, laboratory chemicals, blood bank items, stationery items, digital X-ray films in sizes 8x10, 10x12, 11x14 and 14x17, and ACD bags for the year 2026-2027. Tenderers shall submit quotations through the EPADS online system and the original call deposit through registered post before the closing date and time. Call deposits range from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 160,000 depending on the contract. Quotations shall be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of tenderers or their representatives. Prices shall remain valid up to 2027-06-30. Quotations without EPADS submission will not be accepted and contracts shall not be awarded to blacklisted firms.
