Procurement Stationery Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of stationery items through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under BPPRA Rules 2014. Eligible firms must possess active NTN and GST registration with the Federal Board of Revenue and must not be blacklisted by any public or private organization in Pakistan. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the B-PPRA e-portal. Bidding document fee is Rs.1000 and bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to 3% of the offered cost in the form of call deposit from a scheduled bank. Technical bids will be opened at 12:00 PM and financial bids of technically qualified bidders at 12:30 PM on the same day. Pro Tip: The procurement includes office stationery, paper products, writing materials, administrative supplies, institutional stationery and routine office consumables for government operations.
