Description

Lot-wise procurement by the Directorate General Mines & Minerals, Punjab for stationery, printing and publication, computer stationery, other supplies, cost of other store, transport, P.C.I charges including lubricants and machine oil, and hardware. The budget estimates are Rs.1,500,000 for A03901 Stationery, Rs.1,000,000 for A03902 Printing & Publication, Rs.2,200,000 for A03955 Computer Stationery, Rs.1,600,000 for A03970 Others, Rs.2,200,000 for A03942 Cost of Other Store, Rs.2,000,000 for A13001 Transport, Rs.1,000,000 for A03807 P.C.I Charges including lubricants/machine oil, and Rs.1,000,000 for A13701 Hardware. Contracts will be awarded separately for each lot. The procurement will use the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Digital bid security equivalent to 5% of estimated cost is required, while a 7% digital performance guarantee is required in favor of the Director General, Mines & Minerals, Punjab. Eligible bidders must hold valid Income Tax, Professional Tax and Sales Tax registrations and be on the FBR Active Taxpayers List. Technical samples/brochures are mandatory where applicable. Each item in a lot must be quoted; an item without a rate renders the bid non-responsive. The lowest evaluated bidder will be determined on the cumulative quoted rate for the entire lot.
