Framework Contract Medicines Surgical Disposables Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for local purchase of multinational medicines, national medicines, surgical items and disposable medical supplies for the year 2026-27 through Open Competitive Bidding using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules. Electronic bids shall be submitted through E-PADS. Bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to 2% of the estimated budget in the form of CDR, pay order or demand draft valid for 180 days. Eligible bidders must possess valid Category A drug sale licence, NTN and sales tax registration and upload all required documents with electronic bids. Bid opening will be held at 11:00 AM on the submission date.
