Auction Of Hospital Canteen Contract Tender Notice
Description
Public auction is invited for the canteen contract for the financial year 2026-2027. Eligible bidders must possess original CNIC, active FBR registration, active NTN, Punjab Food Authority Food Business License, minimum three years experience of operating a canteen in a government, semi-government or autonomous public sector organization and submit a non-refundable auction fee of PKR 1000 with CDR or bank draft of PKR 100000. The reserve price is PKR 1300000 and bidding shall commence above the reserve price. The contract shall remain valid up to 30 June 2027 and successful bidder shall comply with food safety, hygiene, sanitation and tax requirements. Public auction is scheduled at 10:00 AM with subsequent auctions if required.
