Framework Contract Healthcare Goods Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes various drugs, medicines, medical devices, goods and services for procuring agencies under the administrative control of the Health & Population Department on a framework contract basis for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System while original bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee, CDR, Pay Order, Bank Draft or Call Deposit must be submitted physically to the Purchase Cell. Technical and financial bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the submission date.
