Framework contract for purchase and repair of miscellaneous items including hot and cold items, sports items, tents and tarpaulins, stores, road safety items, fair and exhibition items, ordinance store items, beds and boxes, meal charges, entertainment and gifts, computer hardware and equipment, software, IT equipment, plant and machinery, furniture and fixtures, repair of furniture, repair of machinery and equipment, POL lubricants, filters, batteries, tyres, transport repairs, stationery, printing, computer stationery and repair of office and residential buildings for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System under a framework contract. Bidders shall submit financial proposals electronically together with proof of online submission, provide samples at bid opening, submit bid security equal to 4% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Bank Draft and furnish a 5% performance security upon award. Bids will be opened at 12:30 PM on the closing date.
