Provision Of Medicines Surgical Disposables And Diagnostic Services Tender Notice
Description
Provision of medicines, surgical disposables, other healthcare items and laboratory and diagnostic services including CT and MRI for Sehat Sahulat Program patients during the fiscal year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure using the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System. Eligible bidders shall be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and possess a valid Drug Sale License under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Drug Sales Rules together with KPRA registration for works and services. Bid security is Rs. 700,000. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 14 July 2026 at 11:00 AM. Electronic bids shall be submitted by 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM on 29 July 2026. Original Call Deposit Receipt shall be submitted physically before bid closing. Approved rates shall remain valid until 30 June 2027.
