Hospital Supplies Medical Consumables Purchase Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of bedding and clothing - miscellaneous items including detergent, brooms and soap - medical gases - laboratory chemicals - blood bank items - stationery items - digital X-ray films in sizes 8x10, 10x12, 10x14, 11x14 and 14x17 - ACD items for the financial year 2026-2027. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the E-PADS system and the original Call Deposit Receipt shall be submitted by registered post to the office of the Medical Superintendent. Bid security amounts are Rs. 40,000 for bedding and clothing, Rs. 80,000 for miscellaneous items, Rs. 40,000 for medical gases, Rs. 160,000 for laboratory chemicals, Rs. 50,000 for blood bank items, Rs. 40,000 for stationery items, Rs. 140,000 for digital X-ray films and Rs. 60,000 for ACD items. Bids shall be uploaded by 10:00 AM on 01 August 2026 and opened at 11:00 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders. Quoted rates shall be compared with prevailing market rates and unreasonably high rates shall not be accepted. Applicable Income Tax, Professional Tax and Stamp Duty shall be deducted according to law. Successful bidders shall submit previous year's tax clearance certificates. Rates shall remain valid until 30 June 2027. Blacklisted bidders are not eligible and bids submitted without E-PADS shall not be accepted.
