Develop a Deep Fording System under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure comprising technical and financial bids. Bid security of 2.00 is required. Bid opening will take place at 11:00 AM. Bid validity shall remain 180 days. The procurement covers development, engineering, mechanical systems, vehicle deep fording capability, prototype development and associated machinery solutions using commonly recognized mechanical engineering terminology.
