Description
Hire services for record digitization, archiving and intelligent record retrieval through the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure comprising technical and financial bids. Bid security of 150,000.00 is required. Bid opening will take place at 03:30 PM. Bid validity shall remain 90 days. The procurement covers document digitization, electronic document management, digital archiving, intelligent record retrieval, records management and information management services using commonly recognized information technology terminology.
