Description
Procurement of internet connectivity services comprising Triple Play services with 350 Mbps internet, television and telephone over GPON optical fiber FTTH connection, internet services with 100 Mbps bandwidth over GPON optical fiber FTTH including eight live IPs through three separate connections, and 4G Evo wireless internet devices with 120 GB data. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids shall remain valid for 90 days and must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost for each lot in the form of CDR or through the e-procurement system. Eligible bidders must be actively registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Revenue Authority and other relevant authorities and possess at least one successfully completed IT services assignment for a government or large private organization. Services shall commence after issuance of the purchase order and continue until 30-06-2027, extendable on satisfactory performance.
