Framework Contracts Goods Services Water Supply Maintenance Tender Notice
Description
Framework contracts for procurement of goods, procurement of services, and maintenance and repair works for water supply and disposal systems. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure under the open competitive bidding method. Eligible firms and contractors registered and renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category may participate. Earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost is required in the form of CDR from a scheduled bank, with the original submitted before bid closing. Bids must be uploaded in PDF format through the Punjab e-Procurement System, duly signed and stamped, with financial instruments submitted in hard copy as required. Bids will be evaluated on the least cost basis and the procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids before acceptance under PPRA Rules.
