Framework Contract Police Supplies Maintenance Services Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of stationery items, computer stationery items, printing items, spare parts for government vehicles, machinery items, lubricant items, other miscellaneous items and repair of government vehicles and office buildings. Procurement shall be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in sealed form with all applicable taxes included. Eligible firms and contractors registered with Income Tax and General Sales Tax authorities may participate. Bid security of 3% of the total estimated cost is required in the form of Bank CDR or Pay Order, while the successful bidder shall furnish a 5% performance guarantee. The successful contractor shall provide the required items and services until the end of the financial year. The procuring agency reserves the right to withdraw or reject the tender under PPRA Rules 2014.
