Framework Contract Miscellaneous Goods Services Tender Notice

Framework contract for procurement of miscellaneous goods and services including crime scene items - hot and cold items - repair of machinery - repair of furniture - electricity items - ordnance store - other stores - medicines - advertisement services - Charaghan items - hardware and equipment - software equipment - stationery - computer stationery - transport services - purchase of POL (Mobil Oil) - plant and machinery - furniture - IT equipment - tents and pauls - beds and boxes - road safety items - sports items - repair and maintenance of police buildings and other miscellaneous requirements. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted electronically. Bid security of 3% of the estimated cost for each quoted head is required in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order. Bids shall be evaluated on cumulative quoted cost and the contract awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant registration authorities and Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax departments. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under PPRA Rules.
