Auction Canteen Parking Stand Rights Tender Notice
Description
Auction for operating a canteen and a parking stand for the financial year 2026-27. Separate bidding documents are required for each category and may be obtained upon submission of a written application with a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1,000 for each category. Bids must be submitted in accordance with the prescribed bidding documents and accompanied by a bid security of Rs. 50,000 in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank, valid for 120 days. Bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives at the respective opening times, with the canteen bid opening at 10:30 AM and the parking stand bid opening at 11:30 AM. Eligible bidders must provide NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates. Applicable taxes shall be deducted under government rules, and the procuring authority reserves the right to reject all bids prior to acceptance and to cancel and re-conduct the auction in case of dispute or disruption.
