Supply Of Medicines For Employees Under Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for the supply of medicines for employees of Punjab Seed Corporation from the date of award of contract until 30-06-2027 on daily basis against prescriptions issued by the Medical Officer for PSC Farms, Processing, Marketing, FAS Khanewal and allied centres. Procurement shall be conducted through open competitive bidding using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Eligible original manufacturers, importers and authorized distributors holding valid licences for sale of medicines may participate. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System and accompanied by electronic bid security equal to 1% of the estimated cost. Financial bids shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates are mandatory. The contract may be extended for one additional year on satisfactory performance and mutual consent.
