Framework Contracts Police Supplies Repairs Maintenance Tender Notice
Description
Framework contracts for procurement of mobil oil and lubricants, tyres, tubes and flappers, batteries and filters, feed for horses, miscellaneous items, electrical items, sports items, meal items, office stationery, computer stationery, printing items, beds and boxes, tents and tarpaulins, ice and coal, furniture and fixtures, plant and machinery, IT equipment, computer hardware, computer software and other assets together with repair of machinery, repair of furniture and fixtures, repair, maintenance and renovation of government police buildings and repair of transport. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax authorities and possessing relevant experience may participate. Bid security equal to 3% of each quoted lot in the form of CDR is mandatory. Successful bidders shall provide a 10% performance guarantee. Prices shall remain valid until 30-06-2027 and include all applicable taxes.
