Outsourcing Janitorial Services Tender Notice
Description
Outsourcing of janitorial services for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, EOBI and PESSI and appearing on the Active Taxpayer List may participate. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated price is mandatory and the successful bidder shall furnish a performance guarantee of 5% before signing the contract. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. No pre-bid meeting is scheduled. Quantities may increase or decrease in accordance with PPRA Rules.
