Framework Contract Training Supplies Stationery Medicines Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of stationery, printing and publication items, computer stationery, medicines, hot and cold weather items, generator mobil oil, POL charges, uniform stitching, training aid items, fair and exhibition catering items, repair of machinery and repair of furniture and fixtures. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted electronically together with bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant registration authorities and Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax departments. Income tax and sales tax registration certificates shall accompany the technical bids. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under PPRA Rules. Pro Tip: This procurement includes stationery, medical supplies, training equipment, catering, uniforms, machinery repair, furniture maintenance, computer consumables, fuel and institutional operational supplies.
