Stationery Transport Repair Miscellaneous Items Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for supply of stationery items, repair of transport and miscellaneous items for the financial year 2026-2027. Sealed tenders are invited from well reputed registered government contractors and suppliers. Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under GB PPRA Rules 2022 shall be followed. Eligible bidders must have at least three years of relevant experience and own a relevant workshop, shop or outlet within Gilgit City. Tender documents are available on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2000. A refundable call deposit of Rs. 30000 in the form of Call Deposit Receipt from a scheduled bank is mandatory. Unrealistically high or low quoted rates and bids from blacklisted firms shall not be entertained. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. Pro Tip: This procurement includes office stationery, transport repair, vehicle maintenance, office consumables, miscellaneous supplies and administrative support services.
