Hospital Medicines Stores Support Services Tolti Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for local purchase of medicines, stationery and printing items, ORD store supplies, vehicle spare parts and repair services, firewood, LPG for hospital wards, miscellaneous items and diet for indoor patients under regular and development funds for the financial year 2026-2027. Sealed quotations and tenders are invited from eligible firms and contractors under GB PPRA Rules. Refundable Call Deposit Receipt is required with each bid. Separate rate lists for national and multinational pharmaceutical companies shall be submitted for medicine procurement. Firms supplying medicines must possess a valid drug sale license issued by the concerned Drug Regulatory Authority and maintain a functional medical store. All supplies shall conform to approved specifications and quality standards. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders under PPRA Rule 36(1).
