Vehicle Repair Medical Fire Safety Services Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for repair of transport, purchase of medicine supplies and refilling of oxygen, carbon dioxide, dry chemical powder extinguishers, halotron and aqueous film forming foam for the financial year 2026-2027. Sealed bids are invited from authorized registered distributors, suppliers and firms. Single Stage One Envelope procedure under GBPPRA Rules 2022 shall be adopted with separate technical and financial proposals enclosed in one package. Tender documents are available upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 4000. Bid security in the prescribed amount through pay order or demand draft from a scheduled bank is mandatory. Eligible firms must possess relevant shop facilities and required experience, submit a non-blacklisting affidavit and complete supporting documents. Bids shall be submitted in sealed form and opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders under GBPPRA Rule 36(1).
