Hospital Medicines Stores Services Procurement Kharmang Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for local purchase of medicines, stationery and printing items, ORD store supplies, vehicle spare parts and repair services, firewood, LPG for hospital wards, miscellaneous items and diet for indoor patients under regular and development funds for the financial year 2026-2027. Sealed quotations and tenders are invited from eligible firms and contractors in accordance with GB PPRA Rules. Each bidder shall submit a refundable Call Deposit Receipt as bid security. Separate rate lists for national and multinational pharmaceutical companies are required for medicine procurement. Firms participating in medicine supply must possess a valid drug sale license issued by the concerned Drug Regulatory Authority and maintain a functional medical store. Supplied items must conform to the required specifications and quality standards. Unreasonable rates may be rejected and the procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders under PPRA Rule 36(1).
