Vehicle Maintenance Office Stationery Miscellaneous Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for repair and maintenance of government vehicles and motorcycles, miscellaneous items and office stationery for the financial year 2026-2027. Sealed tenders are invited from registered government firms, dealers, suppliers and contractors in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004. Bidders shall submit sealed proposals with refundable bid security in the form of bank draft or pay order issued by a scheduled bank. Contractors must possess their own shop, store or workshop with adequate supply arrangements in Gilgit and submit registration documents, bank statements for the last two years, five years of relevant experience, CNIC, firm letterhead and a non-blacklisting affidavit. Separate technical and financial proposals are required where specified. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders in accordance with PPRA Rules.
