Repair Services Stationery Uniforms And Printing Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of vehicle repair services, stationery, miscellaneous items, levies uniforms, and printing and publication services for the financial year 2026-2027. Sealed bids are invited from well reputed registered firms and contractors. Tender documents are available upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2000. Bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt is mandatory as specified for each category and must accompany the technical bid. Tendering will be conducted on a lot-wise basis. Bidders must possess a relevant shop, manufacturing unit, outlet or showroom within the same district. Incomplete bids, incorrect information and unreasonable market rates will result in rejection. The successful bidder shall supply goods and services within the stipulated period. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any bid under PPRA Rule 33(1).
