Government Vehicle Maintenance Miscellaneous Items Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for miscellaneous items and repair and maintenance of government vehicles for the financial year 2026-2027. Sealed bids shall be submitted using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under GB PPRA Rules 2022 with separate technical and financial proposals. Technical proposals must include relevant experience, financial statements, non-blacklisting affidavit, technical capability, firm registration and integrity pact. Financial proposals shall contain quoted rates including applicable taxes. Bid security equal to 5% in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft and a non-refundable bidding document fee of Rs. 5000 are mandatory. Financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders will be opened.
