Hospital Medicines Equipment Maintenance And Support Service Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for repair of transport, printing and publications, local purchase of medicines, surgical items, X-ray films, laboratory items, food for indoor patients, ORD items, miscellaneous items, office stationery, repair of machinery, equipment and generators, minor repair of health facilities, purchase of oxygen gas, transportation of goods, purchase of machinery and equipment, furniture and fixtures, repair of furniture and fixtures, and procurement under the Sehat Sahulat Program for the financial year 2026-2027. Sealed tenders are invited from registered firms. Computerized quotations are mandatory. Bids shall be submitted in sealed form with refundable call deposit from a scheduled bank. Medicine suppliers must possess a valid medical licence for medicine supply. Only registered firms are eligible to participate. Tenders received after the prescribed date and time shall not be entertained. The procuring authority reserves the right to reject bids offering irrationally high or low rates. The successful bidder shall also supply items omitted from the comparative statement at 10% above the prevailing market rate.
