University Baltistan Road Metalling Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for metalling of a 4 kilometre road at University Baltistan through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible firms, contractors and joint ventures registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and code may participate. Separate technical and financial bids are required. Bidders shall submit a 3% bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt from a scheduled bank together with mandatory documents including PEC registration, renewal receipt, no litigation certificate, no sick scheme certificate, bank statement, contractor profile, CNIC and duly completed qualification forms. A pre-bid meeting shall be held on 16 July 2026 at 02:30 PM. Performance guarantee requirements apply and bids with excessively low rates shall be treated in accordance with the bidding documents. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under applicable procurement rules.
