Description
Procurement for supply of Trout and Carp fish feed under the Regular Budget and Annual Development Programme for the financial year 2026-2027. Sealed bids are invited from eligible dealers, agents, suppliers and contractors using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with separate Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal in separate sealed envelopes. Sealed computerized bids on the firm letterhead with Form C or partnership deed, firm registration, relevant experience and FBR registration documents shall be submitted. A refundable Call Deposit Receipt based on the quoted bid amount in favor of the Assistant Director Fisheries Gilgit is mandatory, and a copy shall accompany the Technical Proposal. Bidders for Trout feed must possess an authorized dealership certificate from a recognized Trout feed producer together with NTN and FBR registration documents. The department may verify all submitted documents and inspect or laboratory test supplied fish feed, and rejected supplies shall be replaced with fresh feed. The successful bidder shall deliver fish feed to the government fish farms including Kargah, Goru and Baisman Khari. Lot-based bidding shall be adopted and handwritten rates shall not be accepted. Only technically qualified bidders shall have their Financial Proposals opened. The procuring authority reserves the right to reject any tender. In case of unforeseen circumstances, bids shall be opened on the next working day at the same time. Additional feed requirements not included in the tender shall be supplied at prevailing market rates during the financial year.
