Vehicle Repair Maintenance And Miscellaneous Items Procureme Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for purchase of miscellaneous items and repair and maintenance of government vehicles for the financial year 2026-2027. Sealed bids are invited from well reputed, financially sound and experienced firms under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with GB PPRA Rules 2022. Separate Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal shall be submitted. Technical proposals must include signed and stamped documents, relevant government experience, five-year bank statements, balance sheet or audit report, non-blacklisting affidavit, technical capability, Form C registration, bid form and integrity pact affidavit. Financial proposals shall include rates on the firm letterhead inclusive of all applicable taxes. Tender documents may be obtained from the office during working hours upon submission of a written request and payment of a non-refundable bidding document fee of Rs. 5000. Bid security equal to 5% in the form of a pay order or bank draft from a scheduled bank is mandatory. Financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders shall be opened, while those of technically disqualified bidders shall be returned unopened. Bidders must possess their own shop, workshop, technical staff and documented relevant experience. In case of a public holiday, bids shall be received and opened on the next working day.
