Vehicle Repair Spare Parts And Office Stationery Supply Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for repair of government vehicles, supply of vehicle spare parts, office stationery and billing stationery for the financial year 2026-2027. Sealed quotations are invited from contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and the Water and Power Department. Separate sealed bids clearly indicating the relevant category shall be submitted. A refundable Call Deposit Receipt of Rs. 110000 and a non-refundable document fee of Rs. 6000 are mandatory for each category. Quoted rates shall be in Pakistani Rupees and include transportation, labour and all applicable costs. Quoted rates shall remain valid throughout the financial year unless otherwise instructed by the department. The department may increase or decrease the quantity of goods or works as required. Incomplete, conditional, unsigned or late quotations shall not be accepted. Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The successful bidder shall supply the required goods or complete repair works in accordance with the supply order and departmental rules. Payment shall be made subject to departmental processing and availability of funds. The procuring authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason.
