Stationery Vehicle Repair Miscellaneous Supplies Khaplu Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for supply of office stationery, vehicle repair services and miscellaneous items for the financial year 2026-2027. Sealed tenders are invited from registered firms, government contractors and general order suppliers. Separate bids shall be submitted for each category. Sealed bids must reach the office by the prescribed closing date and shall be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Detailed specifications and lists of items may be obtained from the office during working hours before the tender opening date. Bidders for stationery must own a stationery shop in Khaplu. Supplies shall be made throughout the financial year according to departmental requirements and budget availability. Items not listed with quoted rates shall be supplied at prevailing market rates on the date of supply. Incomplete, altered or late bids shall not be accepted. The procuring authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders.
